Below are the instructions for use!
Temperature and Time for Pressing Patches and Prints
I. Patches (Hot-melt Adhesive Patches)
1. Cotton/Linen/Natural Fibers
• Temperature: 150 - 170°C
• Time: 10 - 15 seconds
• Pressure: Medium (Ensure uniform contact of the adhesive layer)
2. Polyester/Nylon/Synthetic Fibers
• Temperature: 130 - 150°C
• Time: 8 - 12 seconds
• Note: High temperatures may cause shrinkage or reflection, so the temperature needs to be reduced.
3. Blended Fabrics (such as Polycotton)
• Temperature: 140 - 160°C
• Time: 10 - 12 seconds
• Tip: Adjust according to the blending ratio (if polyester has a higher proportion, the temperature should be lower).
